Old Orange isn’t just part of my logo. It’s part of my family’s story.

My 1971 Ford F-100 has been in my family since the 1970s and originally belonged to my grandfather.
Growing up, some of my favorite memories were made riding in that truck and spending time with him.

Today, when I see Old Orange, I’m reminded not only of those memories, but also
of the values he lived by: honesty, hard work, dependability, and treating people the right way.

Those same values guide how I run Orange Truck Real Estate and serve my clients every day.

Meet Joe Ercoli

I learned the value of hard work early, growing up in my family’s Italian restaurant. Like many family businesses, everyone pitched in. Those years taught me lessons about service, accountability, leadership, and treating people the right way, lessons that continue to guide me today.

My career path has been anything but conventional. Before real estate, I worked as a network engineer in Silicon Valley, spent more than 25 years in sales and marketing, built successful e-commerce businesses, led marketing teams, and worked as a professional photographer. Along the way, I developed a deep understanding of customer service, negotiation, communication, and the importance of creating exceptional experiences for the people you serve.

Today, I bring those skills together to help buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest financial decisions with confidence.

My background in marketing helps me position homes for maximum exposure. My experience as a professional photographer helps showcase properties at their very best. Whether I’m helping a seller prepare a property for the market, negotiating on behalf of a buyer, or guiding a client through a complex transaction, my goal is always the same. I provide clear communication, thoughtful advice, and outstanding service from start to finish.

Serving Gilbert and the East Valley

My wife, Laura, and I chose Gilbert as the place to build our family’s future and raise our son, Luca. We quickly fell in love with the community, the people, and everything that makes the East Valley such a great place to live.

Over the years, I’ve become deeply involved in the community I call home. I serve on my neighborhood HOA board, organize the Coronado Ranch Community Garage Sale, host the monthly Cars & Coffee event at Top Fuel Espresso, and support charitable and community events throughout the East Valley.

That’s why giving back is an important part of who I am. Additionally, through Orange Truck Real Estate, I donate a portion of every Coronado Ranch transaction to Coronado Elementary School because I believe strong communities are built by neighbors investing in one another.

I believe being a local Realtor means more than simply helping people buy and sell homes. It means being actively involved in the neighborhoods you serve and helping make them even better places to live.
